Netscape's Proposed Changes to ECMAScript

The folks at Netscape have suggested changes to the next version of ECMAScript, the language on which JavaScript and ActionScript are based.

My recommendation for the next version of ECMAScript? Arrays should start with 1, not 0. 'Nuf said...
